Caliber Collision Horizon City is hiring for an auto body repair technician to diagnose and repair vehicle collision damage. You will perform structural repairs, panel work, and precision reassembly to restore vehicles to factory specs.

The role requires at least two years of hands-on experience, strong frame know-how, and a detail-oriented mindset. You will work with a collaborative team in a fast-paced shop that offers day-one benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on experience repairing wrecks into road-ready vehicles.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, and square components.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint and repair right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tighten bolts, welds, and alignments.
• Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork or shortcuts.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Handle panel and structural work to bring vehicles back to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with precise fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars through.
