You will blueprint and execute repairs, handle panel and structural work, and ensure quality reassembly while collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Qualifications

• At least two years of auto body repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how with ability to pull, straighten, and square.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure bolts, welds, and alignments are precise.
• Team-oriented approach and ability to collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specifications.
• Perform full collision repair including fender to frame work.
• Handle panel and structural work to restore vehicle to OEM specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with team to move vehicles efficiently and safely.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow location safety protocols.
