Caliber is seeking an experienced auto body technician in St. Louis, MO, to perform full collision repairs with a focus on frame and structural work. The role emphasizes precise repairs, quality reassembly, and teamwork to move vehicles through the shop efficiently.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten and square components.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Detail-oriented with tightened bolts and precise welds.
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-focused collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Repair panels and structural components to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and fit finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
