Qualifications

• Minimum two years in collision repair.
• Frame and structural know-how; pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mindset; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Keen eye for detail; tight bolts and precise welds.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters and estimators.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from damage assessment to finish.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move vehicles through shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
