Frame and structural know-how, a no-shortcuts mentality, and a sharp eye for detail are essential. You’ll work with painters, estimators, and front office staff as part of a team, and you must be physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square parts.
• Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specifications.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
