Caliber's State College, PA service center is hiring a skilled auto body technician to restore safety and appearance after collisions. You will work with modern equipment and a team to return vehicles to road-ready condition.

You’ll blueprint and execute repairs, handle full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds, and ensure quality reassembly. A strong eye for detail and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required. Eligible to work in the U.S. is a must.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square damaged frames.
• Blueprint and fix the repair right the first time.
• Attention to detail with tightened bolts and quality welds.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Collaborates with the painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
