Caliber Collision's Service Center Morgan Hill is hiring skilled collision repair professionals. You’ll blueprint, repair, and restore vehicles with a focus on quality and safety, working with a team of estimators and painters to move cars through efficiently.

Qualifications

• Two years of hands-on collision repair experience.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square damaged frames.
• Commitment to blueprinting and proper repair on first attempt.
• Attention to detail in bolts, welds, and overall finish.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Collaborative work with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision and no shortcuts.
• Perform full collision repair from Fender to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure high-quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
