Caliber Service Center in Chippewa Falls, WI is seeking skilled automotive technicians to perform comprehensive collision repairs, from fender benders to frame rebuilds. You will blueprint, repair, and reassemble with attention to detail, collaborating with painters, estimators and front-office staff to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides (body repair).
Frame and structural repair knowledge.
No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix right the first time.
Clean, precise repairs with tight tolerances.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay physically capable.
Team-oriented collaboration with painters, estimators and front office staff.

Responsibilities

Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
Full collision repair from basic to frame rebuilds.
Panel and structural work to factory specs.
Quality reassembly; final touches matter.
Work as a team to move vehicles through the shop.
Maintain a clean, safe work environment in the shop.
