Caliber Collision is seeking an Auto Body Technician at the Ashwaubenon, WI center. The role involves blueprinting and performing full collision repairs, using modern equipment, and collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff to deliver road-ready vehicles.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience, strong frame/structural skills, and a detail-focused approach. Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and eligible to work in the U.S.

Formación

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators and front office staff.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. with no work restrictions.

Responsabilidades

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Perform panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently.
• Keep the work area clean and safe.
