Job summary

Crash Champions is a leading collision repair network seeking an experienced technician to join our Lyons Township, IL team. You will examine damaged vehicles, plan repairs, and coordinate with the shop crew to ensure on-time completion.

Responsibilities include frame machine operation, adherence to manufacturer repair standards, and supervising apprentices when needed. Competitive compensation reflects skills and certifications.

Qualifications

• Frame machine experience and collision repair process knowledge.
• Ability to supervise repair personnel when needed.
• Knowledge of repair processes by vehicle manufacturers.
• I-CAR welding certification is preferred.
• Must be able to pass a thorough background check.

Responsibilities

• Examines damaged vehicle and plans repair process.
• Communicates repair status with team.
• Performs quality repairs while maintaining on-time status.
• Decides on repair vs. replace considering safety, cost, cycle time.
• Directs apprentices and explains procedures when needed.
