Qualifications

• Experience in vehicle repair with ability to supervise repair personnel.
• Frame machine operation proficiency and welding certification preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturer repair processes and safety standards.
• Ability to pass thorough background check.
• I-CAR welding certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute vehicle repair to maintain on-time status.
• Communicate repair progress with team and stakeholders.
• Decide between repair and replacement based on safety, cost, and cycle time.
• Remove upholstery, accessories, electrical and hydraulic components to access areas.
• Direct the work of an apprentice and explain procedures as needed.
• Participate in all required safety meetings.
