Caliber Collision is hiring at the Santa Fe center. You will perform full collision repairs, from frame and panel work to precise reassembly, collaborating with painters, estimators and front office staff to restore vehicles safely and efficiently.

The role requires at least two years of hands-on experience, frame/structural know-how, and a strong team-oriented mindset. You must be physically capable of handling up to 50 lbs and be eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides (minimum two years).
• Frame and structural know-how with ability to pull, straighten and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality and precise, inspected repairs.
• Sharp eye for detail and quality, with safe work practices.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50lbs and work as a team.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with clean, precise methods.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to return to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with attention to fit and finish.
• Work collaboratively with painters, estimators and front office.
• Keep the work area safe and tidy; accidents are our business.
