Qualified candidates have at least two years of experience, frame/structural know-how, and a commitment to quality, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of auto body repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair knowledge (pull, straighten, square).
• Detail-oriented with tightened bolts and precise welds.
• Team-oriented, collaborates with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no shortcuts.
• Perform full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and proper fit/finish.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness on the worksite.
