Ideal candidates bring at least two years of hands-on experience, a sharp eye for detail, and the physical fitness to handle up to 50 lbs.

Formación

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how enabling pulling, straightening, and square alignment.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Attention to detail in tightening bolts and welds; no excuses.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsabilidades

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Provide full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Perform panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work collaboratively with the team to move cars through efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment on site.
