Responsibilities include performing structural and non-structural repairs, frame straightening, welding, and coordinating with estimators and painters to ensure quality, on-time delivery, while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or Collision Repair Technician.
• Ability to perform structural and non-structural collision repairs on a variety of vehicles.
• Proficient in frame straightening and welding (MIG/TIG preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform structural and non-structural collision repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
• Execute metal straightening, dent removal, and panel replacement using industry-standard tools and equipment.
• Align frames and unibody structures using frame straightening equipment.
• Collaborate with estimators and painters to ensure quality repairs and on-time delivery.
• Document repair processes and ensure work meets OEM and shop quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with shop policies.
