Auto Works Collision & Paint Inc in Coral Springs, FL is seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to restore damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will perform structural and non-structural repairs with attention to quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or Collision Repair Technician.
• Proficiency in structural and non-structural repair techniques.
• Experience with frame straightening and welding (MIG/TIG preferred).
• I-CAR or ASE certification is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret repair orders and damage estimates.

• Execute metal straightening, dent removal, and panel replacement using industry-standard tools and equipment.
• All Auto Body related procedures.
• Align frames and unibody structures using frame straightening equipment.
• Collaborate with estimators and painters to ensure quality repairs and on-time delivery.
• Document repair processes and ensure work meets OEM and shop quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with shop policies.
