Caliber Collision's Fowler Service Center is seeking skilled auto collision repair technicians to join a team focused on high-quality, factory-grade restorations. Expect to blueprint, repair frames, and perform full collision work from start to finish in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square frames.
• Detail-oriented with focus on quality.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major.
• Handle panel and structural work to restore original geometry.
• Ensure quality reassembly and precise fit finishes.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
