Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how; pull, straighten, and square parts.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and repair right the first time.
• Attention to detail with tight bolts and quality welds.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs to factory specs.
• Full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Panel and structural work to restore alignment.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently.
