Caliber Collision Montgomery is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to restore vehicles to factory specs. You will blueprint and execute precise repairs from minor fender benders to frame rebuilds, using modern equipment and your detailed craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts, perfected welds, no excuses.
• Physically fit: able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators, front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
