Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Experience in frame alignment and structural repair.
• Commitment to precise, factory-spec repairs.
• Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision and safety.
• Perform full collision repair from fenders to frame rebuilds.
• Execute panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators and front office staff.
