You will work with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars efficiently while maintaining safety and clean work areas. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of collision experience, know-how in frame and structural repair, and a detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how—pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality—Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail—tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses.
• Physically fit for the job—you can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude—collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities
