Job summary

Caliber is seeking skilled collision repair technicians to join the Service Center in Seneca, SC. You will repair vehicles after accidents, focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency, and collaborate with a team across painters, estimators, and front office staff.

You should have at least two years of experience, strong frame and structural knowledge, and a no-shortcuts approach to deliver factory-spec repairs. Eligible to work in the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• Experienced hands with at least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know‑how to pull, straighten, and square components.
• Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to bring parts back to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with attention to fit and finish.
• Work as a team with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Keep the work area safe and tidy at all times.
