Caliber is seeking skilled auto body technicians at our Johnson City, TN center. You’ll perform full collision repairs, from fender work to frame rebuilds, with a focus on accuracy and quality. Candidates should have at least two years of hands-on experience and a no-shortcuts mindset, plus the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square frame components.
• Blueprint and repair with attention to accuracy.
• Detail-oriented with tight bolts and clean welds.
• Lift capacity up to 50 lbs.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair, from minor to major frame work.
• Perform panel and structural repairs to factory specs.
• Ensure quality finish and proper reassembly of vehicles.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently through the shop.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
