McCarthy Chevrolet Lee's Summit- Collision Center is seeking an Auto Body Technician to identify and perform body repairs in line with factory and dealership specifications on customer vehicles.

The role involves examining damage, requesting parts, performing repairs, documenting work, and maintaining customer satisfaction. A minimum of 3 years in auto body repairs and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years body shop technician experience
• References in auto body repairs
• Excellent quality control
• Team oriented
• Valid driver's license with good driving record

Responsibilities

• Examines body damage on customer vehicles
• Identifies necessary body repair work
• Maintains Customer Satisfaction score at or above company standards
• Requests necessary parts
• Performs body repairs including removing damaged body parts and replacing with fixed or new parts
• Documents repairs performed
• Performs body repairs efficiently and according to dealership and insurance company guidelines
