Crash Champions, a leading collision repair provider in the United States, is seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician for our Norfolk, VA location. You will inspect damaged vehicles, plan repairs, and collaborate with a team to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities include coordinating with colleagues on repair status, performing repairs efficiently, and upholding safety standards. Competitive compensation with comprehensive benefits and a local-market pay range.

Qualifications

• Experience with frame machine operation.
• Body repair certification preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair processes by manufacturer.
• I-CAR welding certification.
• Ability to supervise repair personnel.
• Ability to pass thorough background check.

Responsibilities

• Examine damaged vehicle and plan repair process.
• Communicate repair status with team.
• Perform quality repairs while maintaining on-time status.
• Decide on repair vs. replace considering safety, cost, and cycle time.
• Remove upholstery, components to access vehicle and fenders.
• Participate in all required safety meetings.
• Direct apprentices and explain procedures when needed.
