Qualifications

Ability to use frame machine.
I-CAR welding certification preferred.
Knowledge of vehicle repair process by manufacturer.
Skill in analyzing and interpreting measuring data.
Ability to supervise repair personnel.
Must be able to pass thorough background check.

Responsibilities

Examines damaged vehicle and plans repair process.
Communicates with team on repair status.
Performs quality repairs while maintaining on-time status.
Decides on repair vs. replace balancing safety and cost.
Directs an apprentice and explains procedures.
