Job summary

Caliber’s Alvin Service Center is seeking skilled collision repair technicians. With a history of repairing damaged vehicles, you will blueprint, straighten, and finish cars to factory specs, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff daily.

Candidates should have 2+ years of hands-on experience, frame expertise, and a no-shortcuts mindset. Physical fitness to lift up to 50 lbs is required, and U.S. work eligibility is a must.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten and square.
• No-shortcuts approach—blueprint and fix right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tighten bolts, welds, and alignments.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay fit for daily tasks.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from minor to major, including frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work collaboratively with the team to move vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to standards.
