During the program you will complete I-CAR Non-Structural Pro-Levels 1–3, grow production hours, and aim to independently produce 40 flat-rate hours per week by the end.

• Support team production with steadily increasing hours.
• Aim to produce 40 flat-rate hours weekly at program end.
