Job summary

Jobtailor in Troy, Missouri is seeking an experienced body repair supervisor to lead repair teams on damaged vehicles. You will examine vehicles, plan repairs, decide on repair vs replacement, and ensure safety and quality while keeping cycle times on track.

You will remove upholstery and other components to access frames, use frame machines and hand tools, review measuring data, supervise apprentices, and communicate status with the team.

Qualifications

• Experience operating frame machines and understanding vehicle repair processes.
• Certification in body repair preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturer repair procedures.
• I-CAR welding certification.
• Ability to analyze measuring data.
• Ability to supervise repair personnel.
• Must pass background check.
