Job summary

Caliber Collision seeks an experienced auto body technician at our Staunton center. You will perform full collision repairs, from frame work to reassembly, ensuring factory specs and quality finishes while collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square frames.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail and quality reassembly.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs to restore factory specs.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to return parts to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
