Caliber Collision is seeking an experienced technician at our University City service center. You will perform full collision repairs, from frame straightening to final reassembly, working closely with painters and estimators to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience repairing wrecked vehicles.
• Frame and structural repair knowledge; pull, straighten and square as needed.
• No shortcuts; blueprint and repair to factory specs.
• Solid welding skills and attention to detail in reassembly.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team player who collaborates with painters, estimators and front office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Handle panel and structural work to return parts to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
