Job summary

Caliber San Antonio is seeking a skilled collision repair technician to restore vehicles to factory specs. You will blueprint and execute precise repairs, perform full collision repair, and handle panel and structural work with an eye for quality and safety.

You’ll collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff in a high‑standard shop that offers up‑to‑date equipment, I-CAR/ASE training, paid time off from day one, and strong earning potential through a weekly flag rate.

Qualifications

  • Two+ years of collision repair experience.
  • Ability to pull, straighten, and square frames.
  • Commitment to blueprinting and proper repairs.
  • Attention to detail in bolts, welds, and finishes.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
  • Perform full collision repair from minor to major damage.
  • Repair panel and structural components to factory specs.
  • Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
  • Work collaboratively with teammates to move cars through.
