Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking skilled auto body technicians at our Round Rock center to repair frames, panels, and structural components with precise welding and measurement to factory specs. A two-year collision repair background helps you hit the ground running in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it, fix it right the first time.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs to restore factory specs.
• Full collision repair—from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to bring bent or torn parts back to spec.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish; teamwork to move cars through.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.
