Job summary

Caliber Venice Service Center is seeking a skilled collision repair technician to restore wrecked vehicles to road-ready condition. You'll work with modern equipment and collaborate with painters, estimators and front office staff to move cars efficiently.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of hands-on experience, frame and structural know-how, a no-shortcuts mindset, and a sharp eye for detail. You must be physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs and be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
  • Full collision repair from minor to major damage.
  • Panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
  • Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
  • Work as a team with painters, estimators and front office staff.
  • Keep the work area safe and organized.
