The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience, solid frame and structural skills, and a meticulous, no-shortcuts approach. A strong team mindset and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are essential for daily success.

Qualifications

  • At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
  • Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square components.
  • Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
  • Attention to tightened bolts, welds, and quality finishes.
  • Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Teamwork with painters, estimators and front office staff.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute precise repairs without shortcuts.
  • Handle full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
  • Perform panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
  • Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
  • Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
