Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Auto Body Technician with experience in fleet vehicle repairs. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, high-volume setting and understands the importance of maintaining vehicles for corporate clients who expect excellence. ASE certifications are preferred, or a strong willingness to obtain them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality body repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, structural repairs, and refinishing
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet fleet service deadlines
• Ensure repairs meet or exceed OEM and company standards
• Maintain a clean and professional work area, adhering to safety and operational protocols
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow
• Stay current with industry best practices, new repair technologies, and ASE certification requirements (if not already certified)
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of professional auto body repair experience (fleet repair experience strongly preferred)
• ICar certifications or a strong willingness to obtain them
• Expertise in structural and non-structural repairs, refinishing, and OEM repair procedures
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining precision and attention to detail
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to professionalism
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
