We are seeking a highly skilled Auto Body Technician with experience in fleet vehicle repairs. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, high-volume setting and understands the importance of maintaining vehicles for corporate clients who expect excellence. ASE certifications are preferred, or a strong willingness to obtain them.Key Responsibilities:- Perform high-quality body repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, structural repairs, and refinishing.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet fleet service deadlines.
- Ensure repairs meet or exceed OEM and company standards.
- Maintain a clean and professional work area, adhering to safety and operational protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow.
- Stay current with industry best practices, new repair technologies, and ASE certification requirements (if not already certified).
Qualifications & Requirements:- Minimum 2 years of professional auto body repair experience (fleet repair experience strongly preferred).
- ICar certifications or a strong willingness to obtain them.
- Expertise in structural and non-structural repairs, refinishing, and OEM repair procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining precision and attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to professionalism.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
