Caliber Collision in Orange Park is seeking a skilled auto body technician to repair and restore damaged vehicles to factory specs using modern equipment. You will collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to deliver fast, confident, and careful service.

The role emphasizes blueprinting and precise repairs, frame/panel work, and quality reassembly. A safety-first, team-oriented mindset is essential, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and eligibility to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Two years of auto body repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair know-how; able to pull, straighten and square.
• No-shortcuts mindset; blueprint and fix it right the first time.
• Detail-oriented with tightened bolts, welds and precision.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented; collaborate with painters, estimators and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs to restore safety and alignment.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
• Handle panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with teammates to move vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
