Caliber Collision in Decatur, AL is hiring a skilled Auto Body Technician to repair damaged vehicles with precision. You will work on full collision repair, from frame straightening to reassembly, using modern equipment and industry best practices.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of hands-on collision repair, understands frame and structural work, and takes pride in quality. You must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work well with teammates to move cars through the center.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, and square up
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it and fix it right the first time
• Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts, perfected welds, no excuses
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Team-first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
