Caliber Collision in Waretown, NJ is seeking an experienced collision repair technician. You will perform full collision repairs, including frame and structural work, with a focus on precise, high-quality results. Team collaboration, adherence to safety, and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience repairing vehicles to road-ready condition.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square frames and structures.
• No shortcuts; blueprint and execute accurate repairs.
• Attention to tight bolts, welds, and precise workmanship.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Collaborates with painters, estimators and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with accuracy and no shortcuts.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently through the shop.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
