• Completeminor to major body-related repairs on vehicles
• Tear down of vehicles to be repaired.
• Inspectvehicles thoroughly and recommenda repair plan.
• Coordinatevehicle repairs with other team members.
• Inspectfinal repairs for quality control and customer satisfaction.
• Maintainquality standards of excellence.
• Understandand deliverto the expectations of ourcustomers.
• Assistin maintaining the cleanliness and order of shop.
• Maintainthe proper functioning of all service tools and equipment.

Skills and Specifications

• Current or recent collision shop training or work experience a plus
• Good time management skills.
• Must be trustworthy & reliable.
• Ability to work well with fellow team members.
• Ability to understand the needs and wants of the customer.
• I-Car and ASE certifications are a plus.
• Strong automotive background
• Strong teamwork skills
• Willing to submit to a drug screen& background check.
• Must have clean & valid driver's license.
