The Auto Body Technician's primary responsibility is to provide an exceptional customer experience through meticulous assessment and quality repair of vehicles to restore them to pre-accident condition. The technician disassembles, repairs, and reassembles vehicles, playing a key role in our commitment to speed, quality, and customer satisfaction. They work collaboratively with team members to meet KPIs and represent the brand positively.

Hourly rate: $22 - $25, based on performance and experience. Compensation includes a performance-based flat rate system, with a minimum wage guarantee if applicable. Additional bonus opportunities may be available.
