Caliber Collision in Daphne, AL is seeking skilled technicians to perform full collision repairs and frame work. You will blueprint, repair, and reassemble cars to factory specs, collaborating with painters and estimators to move vehicles efficiently through the shop.

The role requires at least two years of hands-on repair experience, strong frame/structural knowledge, and a meticulous eye for detail. Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise, collision repairs.
• Perform full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work to return parts to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop efficiently.
• Keep the work area safe and tidy at all times.
