Job summary

Caliber Collision Montclair is seeking an experienced collision repair technician. The role focuses on repairing and restoring vehicles to factory specs, using precise blueprinting and reliable methods.

You will handle full collision repair, frame and panel work, and quality reassembly, collaborating with painters and estimators to deliver safe, road-ready cars. Training and strong benefits accompany a durable career path.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square frames.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint and fix right the first time.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on tightened bolts and quality welds.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team player who collaborates with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Carry out panel and structural work to factory specifications.
• Ensure quality reassembly and final-fit touches.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Keep the work area clean and safe at all times.
