Job summary

Caliber in Marietta is seeking skilled collision repair technicians to join our service center team. You’ll work on full collision repairs from minor dings to frame rebuilds, following factory specs and safety standards.

We value hands-on experience, teamwork, and a careful eye for detail, with opportunities for I-CAR and ASE certifications and a clear path for career advancement.

Qualifications

  • At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
  • Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, and square components.
  • No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint and fix right the first time.
  • Sharp eye for detail: tighten bolts, welds, and finishes.
  • Physically fit: ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Team-focused: collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs to factory specs.
  • Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
  • Panel and structural work to restore bent or torn parts.
  • Quality reassembly; fit and finish matter.
  • Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
  • Keep the work area clean and safety-focused.
