Caliber Service Center Buford in Buford, GA is seeking a skilled collision repair technician to restore vehicles to factory specs. This role focuses on frame straightening, precise repairs, and high-quality reassembly.

You will collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars efficiently while upholding safety and cleanliness standards. Candidates should have at least two years of experience and be eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

  • Two years of collision repair experience and the ability to fix and restore vehicles to factory specs.
  • Frame and structural know-how with the ability to straighten and square components.
  • No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
  • Sharp eye for detail to ensure tightened bolts and proper welds.
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet all day.
  • Team-first attitude and collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs with precision and no guesswork.
  • Perform full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
  • Handle panel and structural work and bring parts back to factory specs.
  • Ensure quality reassembly and finish for optimal fit and look.
  • Collaborate with teammates to move cars through the shop efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow location protocols.
