Caliber Collision Lancaster is hiring for skilled auto body technicians to repair vehicles after collisions. You will blueprint, straighten frames, perform full collision repairs, and reassemble cars with precision.

Qualifications

  • Two+ years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
  • Ability to pull, straighten, and square frames and structures.
  • Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
  • Attention to detail in bolts, welds and finished surfaces.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
  • Perform full collision repair from minor to major work.
  • Carry out panel and structural work to factory specs.
  • Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
  • Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
  • Maintain safety and keep the work area clean.
