What You’ll Do as an Auto Body Technician:

• Assess and repair damaged vehicles, ensuring efficient, high-quality work that meets company standards.
• Keep management and your teammates in the loop on repair status, issues, and timelines.
• Maintain tools and equipment, keeping your workspace clean, safe, and organized.
• Always use the required personal protective equipment to keep yourself and others safe.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and deliver top-notch service.

What You Bring:

• 1-3 years of experience in collision repair, with a solid understanding of vehicle structures and repair techniques.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds (sometimes over 70), along with agility, balance, and coordination for climbing, crouching, and working in various positions.
• Attention to detail; thrive in a fast-paced, production environment, never compromising on quality.
• Preferred certifications: A valid driver’s license, with I-CAR and ASE certifications preferred (not required).
