Job summary

Caliber Collision's Fairview Heights service center is seeking an experienced auto body technician to join our team. You will blueprint and execute full collision repairs, from minor dings to frame rebuilds, ensuring factory-spec results.

We offer I-CAR and ASE training, a team-focused environment, and opportunities to advance. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Qualifications

  • At least two years of hands-on collision repair experience.
  • Strong frame and structural repair skills, able to pull, straighten, and square.
  • Commitment to thorough, high-quality repairs with no shortcuts.
  • Attention to detail to ensure tight bolts and flawless welds.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Team-first approach collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
  • Handle full collision repair from minor to major damage.
  • Perform panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
  • Conduct quality reassembly with careful fit and finish.
  • Collaborate with teammates to move vehicles efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area at all times.
