Caliber Collision is seeking an experienced collision repair technician at our Cleveland, TN service center. You will fix vehicles from fenders to frames, blueprint and execute precise repairs, and ensure factory specs are met.

You will work with painters, estimators, and front office staff in a team-first environment. We value safety, quality, and a no-shortcuts mentality, with opportunities for training and career growth.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of collision repair experience.
  • Ability to pull, straighten, and square frames to factory specs.
  • Strong attention to detail with focus on quality and safety.
  • Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Team-oriented with good communication across body shop staff.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute precise repairs with no shortcuts.
  • Handle full collision repair from Fender benders to frame rebuilds.
  • Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
  • Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
  • Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.
